Hall Corrections maintains the jail intake file. Ask GIPD for the officer narrative, event facts, or city incident number. Ask Corrections for booking number, custody, bond, or release information. A request sent to the wrong office may yield no record even when the event occurred.

Hall County Arrest Intake Timeline
After transport, Hall Corrections confirms identity, inventories property, assigns a booking number, takes an intake photograph and fingerprints, reviews warrants and charges, screens for medical and mental-health needs, classifies housing, and schedules court. Initial court work may then begin in Hall County Court. A felony can move to District Court after preliminary stages and bind-over.

Bond status also calls for care. Hall Corrections says bond money is accepted at any time, while surety bonds are posted at the courthouse during court business hours. Staff cannot recommend a bond company. Release by bond says only that the person left custody subject to the process; it does not decide the alleged charge.

Why Hall County Arrests Miss NSP
The Nebraska State Patrol RAP is a statewide, fingerprint-supported product, not a copy of every Hall County police contact. Nebraska mandates submission of felony arrests rather than all arrests. Citations and minor traffic matters are excluded, and an agency can delay or fail to forward a fingerprint card. The public view also omits certain non-conviction events under Neb. Rev. Stat. ยง29-3523.
This is why a no-record RAP does not erase an agency report, booking entry, or court file. Compare the RAP with JUSTICE and the originating agency. If a disposition is missing, obtain the court result and contact NSP Criminal Identification Division for correction. A notarized subject release is needed for the otherwise restricted complete view.
Older Hall County Booking Requests
The released list is not a permanent archive. For older Hall County arrest material, describe the existing record and give Corrections or the Sheriff a tight date range, exact name, known report or booking number, location, and desired format. A Sheriff request should distinguish an incident report, arrest report, warrant record, or local agency check.
